• Manage the full cycle contract opportunity with CPQ, including receipt of signed MSAs and verification of amounts.
  • Assist end users with Salesforce CPQ or native quoting process questions.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure all needed information is accurate in Salesforce for contract purposes. This includes NetSuite fields for integration.
  • Assist in the process of renewal notices via Salesforce/NetSuite.
  • Set contracted year term pricing for clients in Salesforce.
  • Oversee the contract closure and loss opportunity process and oversee the client change process.
  • Audit leads to ensure data is in sync with Pardot and available to the sales team in a timely manner, convert HOT and MQL leads, create accounts to associate when necessary.
  • Refine and purge Salesforce database including data migrations and mass data uploads using Validity Demand Tools and/or People Import.
  • Accept and complete additional projects/work assignments in a timely and effective manner, as appropriate.
  • Adaptable and flexible with business changes within Salesforce
  • Analytical mindset with an orientation for detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to data maintenance.
  • Driven to contribute and provide quality work.

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
