What we are looking for

We are in search of a Salesforce Admin & Data Analyst. Reporting to the VP of Sales. The Salesforce Admin & Data Analyst will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Planning, & Account Management teams to provide support to the global organization. As a high growth company, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies the company’s mission and culture. This position requires an individual who is creative, team-oriented, a quick learner and driven to produce results. Your essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support sales teams and sales managers on any and/all initiatives and responsibilities, as needed, across, business analysis, forecasting, modeling, incentive compensation and leadership reporting
  • Act as lead point of contact for requests, improvements and troubleshooting. Interact internally with users and external consultants, as needed
  • Create, manage, optimize and maintain records, reports, dashboards, workflows and sales process best practices
  • Manage and ensure sales team members are getting information they need, as well as are adhering to mandatory sales processes
  • Produce high quality analysis regarding sales performance, customer trends, forecasting, data and trend analysis and insights, for various aspects of the business
  • Produce weekly reporting on revenue and gross margin activity
  • Support ongoing forecasting, and monthly, quarterly and/or annual planning
  • Set up, improve, maintain and improve systems to collect and analyze sales data, detect customer trends and compensate revenue contributors
  • Support the Deal Desk function related to pricing/rate card discount approvals
  • Assist with ongoing analytical, reporting, administrative and operational tasks


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales/Business Operations/Analytics
  • Experience building highly customized reports and developing creative solutions to apply business logic when conventional methods are not available
  • Demonstrated Problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness and time management
  • Strong knowledge of, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive
  • Nice to have: Familiar with SQL and data management
  • Comfort managing multiple simultaneous tasks at various stages and with varying levels of effort
  • Equally comfortable interacting regularly with wide range of employees across the company in roles and levels, via email, phone, and in person, as well as being honed in on Excel and/or data analysis, however needed
  • Passion for learning, improving data quality, business efficiency and business intelligence/insights
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Operates inherently with integrity, good instincts/judgement and respect
